This position is critical to the future growth of our company. The company provides foundational and advanced Sales training. You are compensated on a base rate, plus commission structure including a benefit package that includes health insurance, 401k, dental, visions and disability.You must be available to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and some holidays. Agility, heavy lifting and the ability to be on your feet for hours is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain The Arrangement Sales Culture: people-first, knowledgeable, inspiring and approachable
  • Ensure that every person you encounter is engaged in a meaningful way, listened to, and assisted in whatever way is most appropriate
  • Provide project solutions by presenting and discussing various home furnishings product options based on your discovery of the clients’ lifestyle, needs, and goals
  • Perform consultations and serve as project lead on your clients’ house calls including the scheduling, pendings, and working with key team members to orchestrate the delivery of the project
  • Work cooperatively with other team members
  • Assist with general Retail store activities (merchandising, displays, cash register, etc.) including processing client orders from start to finish
  • Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards
  • Achieve sales targets as set by Sales Manager
  • Reports to Sales Manager


As the Sales Manager for The Arrangement you are the ultimate ambassador of our brand. You are accountable for maintaining an ambiance where our customers can enjoy an unmatched quality of interiors along with a world class customer service experience to ensure we build relationships with our customers to bring them back to shop with us again and again.

This position has full accountability for the key financial results of our stores and is responsible for the overall leadership and development of the stores by building an independent, high-performing team that is dedicated to achieving results and supporting company strategies.


Drive the Business & Deliver Results
  • Ensure that all stores are on target to achieve financial goals by monitoring and improving the business on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Monitor team sales goals & other metrics
  • Manage your people resources to maximize sales, traffic flow, floor coverage and customer engagement, adjusting schedules as necessary
  • Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching and leadership on “The Arrangement Way” for sales, products and client training in order to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales
  • Manage scheduling to maximize staff efficacy to meet the needs of the business and drive store profitability while leveraging payroll
Leadership & People Management
  • Lead the team with exceptional sales and behavior that reflects our brand aesthetic, philosophy and lifestyle
  • Appropriately manage conflict and take ownership for your part in the team dynamic
  • Manage overall team performance & growth; Oversee daily, weekly, monthly processes to ensure operational integrity
  • Assist in recruitment, selection and on-boarding of store staff
  • Contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive, and team oriented providing clear feedback and regular coaching
Deliver the Customer Experience
  • Lead by example; train, guide and coach staff on selling & service skills, ensuring they understand “The Arrangement Way” to assist them in creating exceptional customer experiences & exceeding sales goals
  • Provide a clean, organized and inviting environment for both customers and associates
  • Ensure visual merchandising and maintenance standards are met at all times
  • Ensure a high level of customer service through extensive product knowledge and product ownership
Operational Excellence
  • Understand the importance of efficient store operations and ensure that your team understands and follows operational process
  • Consistently adhere to all operational procedures; Oversee daily, weekly, monthly processes to ensure operational integrity
  • Take ownership for accuracy of information entered in POS & other technology as required
  • Communicate merchandise needs by monitoring onsite and offsite inventory to achieve ideal balance of top selling items and to maximize sales opportunities
