Curule Ranch Mesquite Bench
Not everyone wants to sit on a chair. So here’s the Curule ranch bench made of solid mesquite wood. The design is ancient (from the Roman times) but now it’s longer, bigger, better and mesquite wood. The planks of mesquite are aged and have natural cracks (checking) and is super strong. The wood patina is lustrous and varied due to the aging of the wood. The added trestle at top of the x is the way it’s done on ranches, make it once and make it last. No one has time to do it twice.
The curved x design is called curule.
Bench sitting in days of yore was seen as a symbol of political or military power carried over to be used in such a regard by Kings, Napoleon, and others. What the heck. Your Highness. Sit a spell.
