After living on the East Coast for years as editor-in-chief of New York Magazine, Joe Armstrong thought he’d seen the “best of the best” in home furnishings. That was until he began working with The Arrangement to design his new Texas home. Using only room measurements and internet pictures, Katherine recreated spaces from Mr. Armstrong’s Dallas-area residence in the store. When he visited The Arrangement expecting to see the sideboard he’d purchased, he found—to his surprise—a beautiful, Tuscan-inspired take on his great room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom. Everything had been put together perfectly for him—sumptuous leather sofas, rustic, elegant dining tables with tooled leather chairs, a hand-carved bed with hand-painted nightstands, one-of-a-kind lamps, rugs, original artwork, and more. He was amazed at the execution: a rustic, Tuscan furniture masterpiece!
Living Room
A Rustic Tuscan living room is a combination of hand-crafted elements. Using a live edge coffee table against dusty light brown leather sofa sectional sets the stage for this contemporary Tuscan room.
Dining Room
To achieve a modern mission inspired dining area less is better. A farmhouse sideboard, a pedestal dining table, and cleaned lined mesquite dining chairs makes this a warm, welcoming room.
Patio
A hand-carved mesquite chair transforms this backyard into a Tuscan oasis.
Additional Seating
Unexpected color is the backdrop for these hand hammered copper and leather chairs.
